Responsibilities:

1、Sales management position, responsible for the main objectives and plans in their functional areas;

2、Formulate, participate in or assist the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;

3、Responsible for sales operation, including planning, organization, schedule control and review;

4、Assist sales manager to set sales target, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and incentive plan;

5、Achieve sales target;

6、From the perspective of sales and customer needs, provide guidance and suggestions for product development.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or related;

2、More than 1 year working experience in sales industry, sales management experience is preferred, industrial products related marketing experience is preferred;

3、Have strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability and good interpersonal communication, coordination ability, analysis and problem solving ability;

4、Have a strong sense of enterprise, with a certain degree of leadership.
